Fetch Failing: Permission Error
Stuck File Permission Problem
If you are getting an error that includes "Permission Error" you may have a temporary file leftover from a previous failed migration. The actual file name may appear in the error message. You won't be able to remove it using the FileMaker Server Admin Console or with the operating system because it recognizes that the file is in use.
To fix this problem, restart Otto with the Otto Watcher app (macOS) or Services (Windows). The file should be removed when the Otto service is restarted; if not, you can now safely delete it using the Admin Console or the file system.
